Holly joined Datavant in the summer of 2018—when there were just 17 team members. Holly leads our efforts around the building and nurturing a high-performing and inclusive team (including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, growth & performance, employee experience, culture, values, and DEI). This also includes the systems used to scale the company like goal-setting, orientation, communications, knowledge management, success as a remote team, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Holly spent 5 years as a management consultant for drug makers and medical product companies and most recently led talent, culture, and operations within fast-growing tech companies.
